The Max Independent Franchise Owners’ Association (MaxIFOA, Inc.) is an independent voice, representing Max Muscle® Franchisees. The primary purpose of your association is to be an independent, representative, and unifying voice for the franchise owners.
Interim Board of Directors:
Mark Sarale, Chair – Mark has been a Max Muscle Multi Unit Franchisee for 24 years. He has served as Regional Director of Northern California for 12 years and on the Board of Directors.
Mark is also a Franchisee with Nekter Juice Bar operating locations in Stockton, Roseville and Modesto with 4 additional locations under construction in Sacramento area.
Corry Matthews, Treasurer – Corry Matthews has been a Max Muscle franchisee since 2006; owning stores in both Manassas and Springfield Virginia. Corry was a Regional Director for 3 years for Virginia, served for 2 years on the Franchisee Board of Directors and on NPAT (the New Products Association Team). Corry has her M.S. in Sports Medicine and is an IFBB Pro. She currently resides in Southern California.
Keith Miller, Executive Director – Keith is Principal at Franchisee Advocacy Consulting, advancing franchisee causes through engagement and advocacy. He served as chairman for 3 terms, 6 years, for the Coalition of Franchisee Association, the largest franchise owners association in the country, and was the first president of the North American Association of Subway® Franchisees. He has been a Subway franchisee for 30 years in Northern California.
